Rococo Restaurant & Bar first opened its doors in 2004 on Penn Avenue in Oklahoma City, bringing an East Coast-style dining experience to the heart of the Midwest. Founded by Chef Bruce Rinehart, Rococo quickly became known for its warm hospitality, bold flavors, and a menu featuring fresh seafood, handcrafted pastas, and the now-famous Rococo crab cake. With a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences, Chef Bruce built a loyal following of guests who appreciated both the quality of the cuisine and the welcoming, laid-back atmosphere.
In 2020, Chef Bruce and his wife, Amber, reimagined the future of Rococo, relocating and reinventing the restaurant to its current home on Western Avenue. This move not only brought a fresh, new space but also reinforced Rococo’s commitment to delivering high-quality food and hospitality. Along with the new vibrant Western location, Rococo Penn was rebranded as Rococo Catering & aVenue, focusing on providing exceptional catering services and private events. Today, Rococo on Western continues to thrive, offering an inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy East Coast flavors, impeccable service, and the signature warmth that has defined Rococo from the very beginning.

Bruce is a proud husband to Amber and devoted father to their two boys, Will and Brak.
Chef Bruce sharpened his culinary skills in some of the finest kitchens across the country before making the move from Boston to Oklahoma City in 2003. His vision? To bring an exceptional East Coast-style dining experience to the heart of the Midwest.
Known for his warm and welcoming personality, Chef Bruce has infused Rococo with a unique blend of relaxed hospitality and top-tier service—creating an atmosphere where every guest feels right at home.
Bruce, Amber and the Rococo Family have become a part of the fabric of the community with their involvement and continued support of a wide variety of local and national causes. They believe a philanthropic spirit lends well to the future and it is important to instill this in those around them.

Chef Jason Bustamante
Chef Jason’s culinary journey began alongside Chef Bruce Rinehart, when they opened the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino in Connecticut in 1996.
With dedication and skill, he worked his way up the line, eventually joining Rinehart at Legal Seafood, an upscale Boston restaurant, where he mastered every aspect of the kitchen.
In 2003, Chef Jason made the move to Oklahoma City to help bring Rinehart’s vision to life—launching Rococo Restaurant & Bar and introducing an East Coast-style dining experience to the heart of the Midwest.
